I just love it when people like Bachmann try to pretend as if they aren't a part of the very system that they are claiming is out of control and behaving in an unconstitutional manner. If the government has given Geithner the power to engage in illegal activity, that means Bachmann is also guilty because she is a part of it.
It is fairly clear that TurboTax Geithner has absolutely no idea why this would be a disaster or why this would be illegal under our constitution.
