CNN "Reporter" All Bent Out Of Shape Over Obama Protest, Called Bush Hitler in 2006

Watch this video. You can clearly see this supposed "journalist" has her panties all twisted up over the fact the HER president is not loved by everyone.

She actually says "Do you realize how offensive that is", because a man has a picture of Obama with a Hitler mustache. Really Susan Roesgen? Do you remember what you said about President Bush back in January of 2006? When you called a protester who was wearing a Bush mask with a Hitler mustache and Satan horns a George Bush look alike?

From the original Newsbusters article dated January 13, 2006:
Does President Bush resemble Adolf Hitler and Satan? That seemed to be the implication during the 9am half hour of CNN's American Morning. A protester wearing a George W. Bush mask, complete with a colored in Hitler-esque mustache and red horns attached to the forehead was deemed a Bush "look-alike" by reporter Susan Roesgen.

I remember that clearly. And now with Susan Roesgen making her liberal bias known to the world and embarrassing CNN in the process, CNN can no longer wonder why their ratings keep falling.

Will the Left Try and Incite Violence At The Teaparties?

So we have all seen the report that came out today from The Department of Homeland Security categorizing the immediate threat of "the radical right". The report comes out very timely, the eve of the planned tea party protests.

As I'm sure you're all well aware the left has feverishly been trying to talk down the tea parties and chastise their participants. We've seen all kinds of things pop up over the weekend. Rachel Maddow laughing at us on MSNBC, reporting that the tea parties are funded by Fox news or, better yet, Exxon. How did they come up with Exxon anyway?

But now we are seeing the left quickly trying to organize counter-protests at the same locations where tea parties are scheduled. Code Pink is highlighting their Santa Monica counter protest on their website:
The Santa Monica Tea Party of 2009 and Tea Parties all across America are being organized by friends of Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly, all about getting less funding for government. Let's show up with a better message: STOP funding wars and Wall Street, and start funding the needs of the people-- health care, education, and a green economy. Join us as we crash their party.

Location:
Santa Monica Pier
100 Colorado Ave.
Santa Monica, CA
90401

Then we see the plan for sabotage at The Daily Kos:
Tomorrow, my husband and I will be venturing into the wilds disguised as a news crew to do some in person interviewers with teabaggers here in [State Redacted] (if we can find any). We've got some questions lined up to ask, but I'd love to get suggestions!

tedshubris's diary :: ::
The great thing about owning professional video equipment is that armed with it, you can pass yourself off as being a professional news crew pretty easily.

So tomorrow, [Fake Station Name Redacted] is going to send a cameraman and on air news personality out into the field to cover this "teabagging" phenomenon.

We're going to ask open ended questions that seem to have a slight conservative bent to (hopefully) get them to open up and just start ranting. Then, we take any examples of racism, hatred, ignorance, and stupidity that we catch on camera and make a little movie out of it. Probably a YouTube special.

Here's the list we have so far

* What are you celebrating (The Boston Tea Party), and can you explain its historical relevance? [We're hoping to get some hilarious flubs from this one]

* Is this your first time teabagging? [OK, so, a juvenile one, but worth it] (apparently, we're the only ones who have connected tea parties to teabagging. Or, for that matter, the sociological study "Tearoom trade". Removed for the sake of keeping covert)

* Do you approve of Michael Steele's plan to expand the GOP through a "hip-hop urban-suburban marketing strategy"? [hoping to get some juicy racist stuff from this question]

* (as an intentional misunderstanding/follow up, presuming that someone complains about wasteful government spending) "So you disapprove of your tax dollars going to the Iraq War?" [should elicit some confusion]

* Do you approve of the direction in which this country is headed? [With thanks to Bob Love]

Anyways, it's a start... but I'd love to have some suggestions for questions that sound fine, but should prompt an outpouring of crazy.

Thanks in advance, and I'll be sure to post a link to the finished video when it's available!

Makes me wonder for a second just what else the lefties may have up their sleeve. If they want to incite people to be racist, what's stopping them from inciting violence?

Anyone attending a tea party tomorrow be careful. I would put nothing past those lefty loons.

Rachel Maddow Thinks A Conservative Citizen's Right To Organize Is Mockable

So according to Maddow a group of citizens who wish to organize and protest against what they say is bad judgement by the government is worthy of being mocked? Yes Rachel, conservatives get the pun. In fact, WE PLANNED IT THAT WAY! It's catchy isn't it? So Maddow, thanks for getting the word out about our planned rallies and maybe clueing a few people in that, yes, conservatives do have a sense of humor.

However, I think Maddow misses the point. The tax day protest is not the doing of the Republican party. It is the doing of concerned Conservative minded citizens (Republican, Libertarian and even some moderate Democrats) who want to send a message to our ENTIRE government that we are no longer going to put up with it. Everyone in Washington needs to pay attention no matter what letter is after their name. That's probably why Michael Steele was told not to speak at the event. It's not a political party's rally. It is OUR rally.

I'm thinking of designing a "Tea bag Maddow" shirt. Who's interested?

The Left Trying To Steal Our Teaparty Thunder

From Michelle Malkin:

So, in addition to preemptive smears and sabotage efforts, the Left’s nutroots — feeling, well, left out of the spotlight after putting the Obamessiah in office — are organizing their own anti-Tea Party demonstrations.

Liberal guru Joe Trippi and government-subsidized Bill Moyers are pushing the new initiative, titled “A New Way Forward.” Hey, wasn’t Obama supposed to be your New Way Forward? Way to go!

The lefties have chosen April 11 to try and usurp media attention from the nationwide Tax Day Tea Party event on April 15. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

I should note: If even one of those protesters is truly sincere about opposing government bailouts of private industries and truly sincere about ending government support for crony pesudo-capitalists at Fannie/Freddie and truly sincere about letting failing banks fail, I say: Welcome to the club.

The rest is all nutroots Kabuki theater.

You can already guess how the national media will treat the two competing demonstrations. Tens of thousands of tax revolters = radio silence. A few dozen ACORN/ANSWER stragglers in from of any given bank = front page news.

No matter.

Get out there. Mobilize. Put your local and state officials and your members of Congress on notice.
They’re your true audience. Not the MSM.

MSM Picks Up 100 Person Bush Protest But Still Failing To Report On Thousands Who Have Attended Tea Party Protests

What do you mean the media doesn't have a liberal agenda?

Google news is abuzz with stories about the 100 protesters that showed up in Calgary Canada to protest George W. Bush who was making an appearance at a $400 plate dinner today. CBS, Reuters, Bloomberg and a slew of other major media outlets are reporting on the protest.

Strangely there are still very few stories illustrating the massive turnouts at the tea party protests that have been springing up since February 27th. No major media is reporting the story. The actual reporter work has been left up to a slew of local newspapers and TV stations.

Roughly 5,000 people showed up at Cincinnati's protest on Sunday to speak out against the way our President and democratically controlled congress is spending our tax dollars like a bunch of drunken monkeys. No national news agencies covered it.

Last week the tea party in St. Louis drew an estimated crowd of 10,000 protesters. No major mention of that from any big news outlet.

There was however a story run by The Examiner mocking the tea party that was held in Boise Idaho as under attended with only 100 protesters. That is funny, because 100 is the number of protesters that showed up to scream at W. today.

Seems like 100 is only substantial when it's 100 liberals. 100 conservatives mean shit.

Yes indeed, there is no liberal media bias.

The Official Nationwide Tea Party Has Been Organized

Looks like these protests are turning into more than just a couple organized in a few cities. They are going to be popping up all over the place. here is the official webpage for the nation-wide Chicago Tea Party. Visit the website and find what is being organized closest to you. And then get your butt there on the 27th.

Thanks to Rick Santelli for motivating so many people to get up and get out.

Fellow Pennsylvanian's, be on the lookout for the organization of the Philadelphia Tea Party Protest also. I am currently working withDevon Generally, A Philadelphia Republican who is hoping to make a run for the U.S senate in 2010, to organize the Philadelphia event.

I will bring you details of the Philadelphia protest as they emerge.
